Job description
About the Role
We are looking to hire enthusiastic fresher candidates who are passionate about sales and eager to join a growing team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication abilities and a strong drive to expand sales of herbal products.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell herbal products to registered customers via telephone calls.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor market trends to spot new sales opportunities and customer demands.
- Achieve or surpass the designated monthly sales targets consistently.
- Offer product knowledge and provide support after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work Details
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Four rotational off days per month
Compensation
- Monthly salary range: INR 12,000 to INR 18,000
- Additional incentives averaging between INR 2,000 and INR 5,000
