Telecalling Executive

Position Overview

Cutibless Healthcare seeks motivated Telecalling Executives to join our team. This role suits individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy interacting with customers and driving organizational success.

Key Duties

• Professionally manage inbound customer calls.
• Clearly convey service details and promotional offers to potential and existing clients.
• Arrange and confirm client appointments efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful sales conversions.
• Resolve customer queries by providing suitable solutions.
• Keep precise records using CRM or other systems.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals while maintaining a positive customer interaction experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all genders.
• Experience ranging from freshers up to 2 years is acceptable.
• Minimum education requirement is completion of PUC/12th grade or any higher degree.
• Fluency in both English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Basic proficiency with computers is required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are important for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000.

• Six workdays per week.
