About the Role
Kavin Gold Properties is hiring a Telecalling Executive for their real estate pre-sales segment located in Chengalpet-Madurantagam, near Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This position focuses on reaching out to potential customers, providing detailed information about real estate projects, and facilitating site visit appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to prospective customers and explain details of real estate projects.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested clients to enhance prospect engagement.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales personnel.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information in the company database.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Open to freshers as well as those with experience.
- Proficiency in communication, with preference for Tamil speakers.
- Basic computer skills are essential for handling customer data.
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
