Role Overview

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for managing calls to customers and corporate clients, generating business leads, outlining company services, and maintaining client relationships through follow-up communications. This position welcomes fresh candidates with strong communication and persuasive abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls targeting both potential customers and corporate clients.
• Clearly and professionally communicate details about the companys services over the phone.
• Identify business opportunities and generate leads.
• Manage inquiries and establish rapport with corporate clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and existing clients.
• Keep precise records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
• Assist the sales team to meet business objectives and lead generation goals.
• Address customer questions courteously and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain professional correspondence with corporate clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Female candidates only.
• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 depending on skills and experience.
