Ever Staffing Service is searching for a dynamic and accountable Telecalling Executive to spearhead the recruitment of delivery personnel. This role involves contacting potential delivery partners, thoroughly explaining the job responsibilities, and assisting them throughout the hiring process.
Primary Duties
- Reach out to prospective candidates by phone to present the delivery job opportunity.
- Clearly communicate job details including role description, compensation, and eligibility criteria.
- Conduct initial screenings to verify candidate qualifications.
- Keep detailed records of candidate communications and daily call activities.
- Consistently follow up to ensure candidates proceed through the onboarding steps.
- Meet or exceed assigned daily and weekly recruitment goals.
