Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our office team in Kolkata. The role involves making calls from the office to engage with customers for collections purposes.
Working Hours and Salary
- Work schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with rotational weekly offs.
- Monthly fixed salary ranging between 10,000 to 20,000 INR plus incentives based on performance.
- Permanent employment with immediate joining opportunity.
Experience and Requirements
- Freshers can apply; however, candidates with at least 1 month of telecalling or related experience are preferred.
- Ideal candidate must possess a strong personality, honesty, the ability to quickly learn, capacity to handle challenging situations, and a good sense of humor.
- Preference will be given to candidates certified by DRA.
Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to collect overdue payments from customers delinquent on bank microfinance loans.
