Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Fitwel Pharmaceuticals is seeking energetic professionals for the position of Telecalling/Marketing Executive within our PCD Pharma Franchise business. The selected candidates will play a key role in promoting pharmaceutical products and growing the distributor network across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and franchise partners to introduce and promote the company's pharmaceutical offerings.
• Develop new business opportunities by generating leads and expanding the customer base.
• Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve assigned sales and calling targets diligently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience of at least one year in telecalling, pharmaceutical sales, or marketing roles.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and medicines.
• Proficient in at least two languages including Hindi and English; knowledge of an additional regional language is advantageous.
• Excellent communication abilities and persuasive skills.
• Preferably holds a degree such as B.Pharm or B.Sc in Chemistry.

Position Details

• Female candidates will be considered for the in-house Telecalling Executive position.
• Male candidates will be appointed as Field Marketing Executives, engaging in field-based marketing activities.
