About the Role
Sri Manjunath Technical Services invites applications for a Telecalling Executive position based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. This role demands a confident and experienced individual responsible for making outbound calls to customers and potential clients to effectively communicate company offerings and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Clearly explain products, services, offers, and company details.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships.
- Maintain precise records of all calls and customer interactions.
- Update client data within company systems.
- Address customer questions with relevant information.
- Strive to meet assigned call and follow-up targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversions and follow-ups.
- Compile basic daily calling reports.
- Maintain professional communication standards when dealing with customers.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Must have completed 12th grade education.
- A minimum of one year of prior experience in telecalling or related fields.
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
