Job Location

This position is based in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, requiring work from the office.

Role Overview

The role is for a Customer Care Executive responsible for inside sales and customer support. The candidate will engage with customers, resolve queries, and drive bookings or sales through telephonic interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales.
• Address customer questions and handle objections effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve daily sales targets while maintaining excellent service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• A minimum of six months experience in a call center, BPO, or telesales environment.
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Willingness to work 9-hour rotational shifts between 7 AM and 12 AM; female employees have a maximum logout time of 8 PM.
• Availability to work on weekends and during festivals.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and motivated to meet targets.
• Applicants should be up to 35 years old.

Compensation

The offered monthly salary ranges from 18,000 to 40,000 INR per month, with a specific note of 24,000 INR CTC and approximately 20,000 INR take-home pay.
