Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce our company's services, generate leads, and maintain continuous communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls targeting prospective and current clients.
• Present company offerings clearly and work towards generating interested leads.
• Follow up with leads diligently and keep communication consistent.
• Comprehend customer needs and provide appropriate details.
• Keep daily records of calls and update the status of leads accurately.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team for subsequent follow-ups and conversions.
• Meet defined daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
• Handle customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in English.
• Effective verbal abilities in Hindi and Gujarati.
• Basic familiarity with computer operations.
• Confident and courteous manner during interactions.
• Open to freshers looking to start their career in telecalling roles.
• Ability to work under targets and manage follow-up activities consistently.

Compensation and Other Details

The monthly salary range is between 10,000 and 20,000 INR. This position is based in Ahmedabad and is not remote. Candidates should be ready to achieve targets and maintain professional conduct throughout.
