Role Summary

The Telecaller position at Harsha Auto is a full-time, on-premises role located in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The role involves managing inbound and outbound telephone communications, addressing customer queries, and sharing detailed information on products, services, and promotions. Key daily duties include logging call details, updating customer profiles within internal systems, and pursuing leads to assist sales and service departments. The Telecaller must clearly explain automotive offerings, resolve straightforward issues, and escalate complex matters appropriately. Collaboration with colleagues to achieve call targets and foster a positive customer experience is essential.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages with professional telephone manners.
• Capability to handle high call volumes, prioritize assignments, and maintain precise records of customer interactions.
• Basic computer literacy, comfortable using CRM platforms or call management software and performing data entry tasks.
• A customer-focused attitude emphasizing active listening, problem-solving, and courteousness.
• Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience preferred, ideally within automotive retail.
• At least a high school diploma; further study in business, communications, or marketing is advantageous.
• Availability for on-site work in Greater Visakhapatnam and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
