Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, clearly communicating our products and services. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their queries with accurate information, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Primary Duties
- Initiate calls to customers to present and explain products or services effectively.
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate and relevant information.
- Follow up with interested prospects to generate new leads.
- Keep detailed records of calls and update customer information promptly.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling and sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
