About the Company
Ayurnnath Ayurveda is an Ayurvedic company seeking to expand its customer support team by hiring telecallers for their inbound process.
Job Overview
This full-time position is based in Ranaghat near the railway station and requires working from the office between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role is specifically inbound calling without any cold calling or target pressure, making it suitable for freshers as well as experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer telephone calls professionally.
- Provide detailed explanations on Ayurvedic products offered by the company.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Confirm customer orders accurately.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education qualification of 12th pass or higher.
- Proficiency in Hindi and Bengali languages is required.
- Open to both freshers and those with prior experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹12,000, with additional incentives and bonuses.
- Weekly off totaling four days per month.
