Job description
Job Summary
We are searching for a Telecaller Cum Computer Operator to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers through phone communication and managing customer information using company tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to contact new prospects or follow up with previous clients using prepared scripts to promote products or services.
- Respond to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving problems, and clarifying service conditions.
- Identify customer requirements to assess their interest in purchasing offerings.
- Maintain accurate records by logging call details, customer information, and scheduling follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve specified daily or weekly targets related to calls made, leads generated, or sales completed.
