Job Overview

Frankfinn Air Hostess Training Institute is seeking enthusiastic telecallers to connect with prospective students and guide them about the course offerings. This role involves active outreach and follow-up calls to promote free career counselling sessions.

Work Schedule and Location

• Office hours from 10 AM to 7 PM
• 6 working days per week (Monday to Saturday)
• Sundays off
• Work location: Amar Plaza, Shop No. 19, Krishna Industrial Layout, SG Palya, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must be graduates or can be undergraduates; minimum qualification is 12th pass with results available
• Age range between 18 and 34 years
• Fluency in English and Kannada is required
• At least 6 months of experience in telesales
• Open to male and female candidates

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate outgoing calls to students to provide detailed information about Frankfinn's courses
• Encourage students to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes
• Conduct timely follow-ups with students to track their attendance status

Compensation

• Salary depends on experience level:
• 6 to 17 months experience: INR 21,000 per month
• 18 to 24 months experience: INR 23,000 per month
• More than 24 months experience: INR 25,000 per month
• Final pay also considers previous salary
