Telecaller

Role Overview

The Telecaller will manage outbound calling activities targeting both prospective and current clients to promote clinic services, handle inquiries, and facilitate appointment bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce company offerings.
• Field inbound calls and respond to customer questions with professionalism.
• Explain services, promotions, and packages clearly to customers.
• Generate and assess leads via telephone communication.
• Follow up on interested prospects to convert leads into appointments or sales.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer information, and follow-up activities.
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets and conversion goals.
• Collaborate with sales and clinic teams to schedule appointments and address customer needs.
• Address customer concerns effectively and provide accurate information.
• Ensure consistent follow-up until leads are resolved.
• Build and sustain positive, professional relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English and Hindi mandatory; proficiency in Marathi preferred.
• Confident and friendly telephone demeanor.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good follow-up and persuasion skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; previous telecalling or sales experience is advantageous.
