Role Summary

We are seeking a Technology Lead who is passionate about technology and enjoys solving problems, whether it involves accelerating users' workflows or enhancing productivity for large teams. The ideal candidate is an avid learner who remains updated with the latest technological advances and introduces innovative approaches to work, embracing change as a constant.

Location and Compensation

This role is based in Sydney. The annual gross salary falls between AUD 97,749 and AUD 109,234, subject to adjustments based on internal company policies. Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options, may be available upon case-by-case review.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise across multiple technology stacks including Java, SQL, Splunk, REST APIs, Spring Boot, MySQL databases, networking, and infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Experience with application support, maintenance, and implementing minor enhancements over 8+ years.
• Oversee deployment, setup, support, and monitoring of applications to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Preferred experience with property management or video surveillance applications.
