About the Role
Join Transcom as a Technical Support Executive handling international voice process based in Gurugram Sector 30. This position offers competitive compensation up to ₹33,000 per month with additional incentives, providing a robust opportunity to work in a dynamic customer support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting assistance to international customers through voice communication.

Requirements
- Graduation or current undergraduate status.
- Minimum six months experience in international customer support roles.
- Proven customer service skills and technical support or troubleshooting expertise preferred.
- Familiarity with upselling and retention strategies is an advantage.
- Excellent command over English communication is essential.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
