Technical Solutions Consultant

Overview

The Global Operations team assists businesses by delivering scalable operational services and combining deep product expertise with operational and analytical capabilities. The Technical Solutions Consultant role focuses on helping clients maximize the effectiveness of advertising solutions by providing expert technical support and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of client products to offer strategic guidance on best practices and customized setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clients' use of advertising solutions.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to address client concerns, prioritize issues, and contribute to market or vertical-specific technical service plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in digital advertising or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem.
• Experience engaging with customers by translating technical concepts into clear terms for non-technical audiences.
• Technical troubleshooting expertise with advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
• Proficiency in SQL and RESTful API usage.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency.

Essential Skills

• Proven ability in SQL.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving third-party website scripts.
• Experience diagnosing API request payload issues.

Additional Information

This position is based in Singapore, requiring three days onsite and two days remote work each week. The role is a 12-month contract engagement.
