Technical Project Manager (TPM)

Overview

This role is for a Technical Project Manager based in Saudi Arabia, focusing on steering innovative digital products through their entire lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. You will serve as the nexus between product strategy, design, engineering, and client leadership, driving complex projects with precision and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of agile product development, managing end-to-end digital solutions across mobile, web, AI, and emerging tech.
• Facilitate seamless communication and teamwork among product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing, and leadership to keep projects aligned and on track.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create project plans, clarify objectives, set priorities, and push teams toward achievements.
• Oversee project scope, deadlines, milestones, priorities, and workflows while ensuring focus on business and client goals.
• Define scopes of work and document detailed requirements in partnership with leadership, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and commitments.
• Maintain organized product backlogs with clear acceptance criteria and actionable requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Engage directly with clients to manage expectations, communication, scopes, and foster long-term relationships.
• Create a motivating, cooperative team environment supporting continuous improvement and consistent delivery success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in technical or product project management within digital products, software, technology, or agency environments.
• Demonstrated track record launching user-centered software solutions across full development cycles; mobile app experience advantageous.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the agility to adapt plans in response to shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Expertise in managing project scopes, requirements, backlogs, acceptance criteria, timelines, and interdependencies.
• Exceptional organization and prioritization to juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing detail or quality.
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills, comfortable interfacing with clients and diverse teams.
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and support cross-functional teams fostering a positive, responsible, and collaborative culture.
