Technical Product Owner - Integrations

Role Summary

This Technical Product Owner position focuses on managing the integrations platform, including public APIs and webhooks, to enable AI agents to perform meaningful real-world tasks, such as synchronizing CRM data, booking appointments, transferring calls, and supporting custom workflows. Reporting directly to the founder and Chief Product Officer, this role requires technical understanding to design API surfaces, evaluate OAuth and webhook standards, collaborate with engineers, and ensure robust architecture and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire lifecycle of integrations, public API, and webhooks from strategy through launch and measurement.
• Develop tools that convert AI agents from basic responders into systems that close operational loops.
• Engage regularly with customers and partners via calls and cross-departmental interactions involving customer success, sales, and business development; analyze data in depth.
• Collaborate closely with a small team of engineers, define success metrics, and drive outcomes.
• Treat public API and webhook features as first-class products with excellent developer experience, documentation, and clear roadmaps.
• Streamline integration setup processes so customers can complete them independently and swiftly.
• Ensure high-quality releases by overseeing engineering testing and providing final approval before deployment.
• Lead product launches and promotional positioning in partnership with marketing and sales, without a dedicated product marketing team.
• Coordinate with PMs of AI and Core teams on interconnected features and surfaces.

Candidate Profile

• Documented success in delivering products that users adopt and value.
• Background in engineering or hands-on coding experience to establish credibility with technical teams.
• Excellent product intuition and operational decision-making skills.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth, webhooks, API rate limiting, retry policies, and version management; familiarity with tool- and function-calling API patterns is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to customer focus and obsession with user needs.
• Exceptional clarity in written and verbal communication as well as logical thinking.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Humble, collaborative attitude combined with a builder’s mindset.

Location & Working Conditions

This role is based in Berlin, requiring presence at the office at least three days per week to facilitate faster collaboration, decision making, and team cohesion. Up to two days remote work per week is allowed. Candidates must have a valid EU work permit.
