About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a strong engineering background and passion for AI tools to join an early-stage company building an AI-driven product designed to automate and simplify complex operational processes in traditionally manual industries. This role offers the chance to engage directly with real customers and real-world challenges from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will uphold product quality standards, develop testing and measurement approaches, manage issue resolution, gather and synthesize customer feedback, and lead feature development from concept through delivery. Collaboration will be close with the Lead Product Manager, engineering teams, customer success, and company founders.
Requirements
The ideal applicant will have demonstrable ownership and excellence as a Product Manager, must possess an engineering background, and habitually use AI tools in daily tasks—experience with Claude Code is preferred. Strong analytical skills for quality assurance, experience working closely with customers to translate ambiguous feedback into actionable items, and high accountability with clear communication skills are essential. Experience in AI model testing, evaluation, or product quality assurance adds significant value.
