Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Full Stack Developer to step into a Technical Lead role. You will tackle complex technical challenges, architect scalable solutions, and nurture the growth of a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers to foster technical excellence and team capability.
• Drive the design and architectural decisions for scalable systems.
• Engage actively in coding tasks and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, including quality assurance, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Proactively identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support team members’ professional growth and career development through coaching and guidance.

Candidate Profile

• 6 to 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Demonstrated history of technical leadership and management of engineering teams.
• Comfortable maintaining hands-on involvement in software development activities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and system design expertise.
• Effective communication skills for articulating technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Passionate about building high-quality products and fostering team growth.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Expertise in Java and Go programming languages.
• Proficiency with microservices architecture and event-driven design paradigms.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or Vue.js frontend frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong background with AWS cloud services.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, software development lifecycle, coding standards, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
