Previous experience in hospitality environments—bars, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, fast food—or none at all is acceptable, provided candidates are eager to learn, personable, and outgoing. A positive attitude and friendly demeanor contribute to the vibrant atmosphere Tortilla is known for.
Individuals with prior roles such as Pot Washer, Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, Prep Chef, Commis Chef, or Line Chef are welcome, especially if interested in cross-training to deliver excellent customer service while working with fresh, top-quality ingredients.
