Job description
Role Overview
This position embodies the core value of "Getting Stuck In" at Butlin's, offering a dynamic and varied role across multiple resort departments. As a Team Member Plus, you will not be confined to a single area but instead support various teams to ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional experience. Your weekly schedule includes guest accommodation cleaning on Mondays and Fridays, while the remaining days involve working in diverse settings such as sports and activities, food and beverage outlets (restaurants, quick-serve, buffets), bars, retail shops, and the fairground. At times, you may need to work across multiple areas within the same day.
Training Opportunities
We offer apprenticeship programs alongside this role, including Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 training courses, which we are happy to discuss during recruitment.
Candidate Profile
We seek candidates who are enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn. No prior experience is necessary; what counts most are a positive attitude, high energy, readiness to engage actively, and a real passion for enhancing our guests' stay. A 90-day structured induction and a supportive buddy system will help you settle in and grow.
If you hold qualifications such as FA Level 1 football coaching, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes certification, or NCPLH personal licence, we would be especially interested in hearing from you.
