Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt Ltd is seeking an energetic and skilled Team Leader to oversee and motivate a group of sales executives within the financial services domain. This role focuses on meeting sales targets related to personal loans, business loans, and credit cards while ensuring top-notch team performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and inspire a team of sales executives and telecallers.
- Attain both individual and collective sales goals.
- Assess daily team output and offer strategic advice to boost efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries ensuring superior service quality.
- Provide training and continuous support to newcomers.
- Compile and maintain detailed sales reports and daily activity logs.
- Collaborate with banks and internal departments to facilitate seamless loan processing.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or managing teams, preferably within financial services.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
- Proven ability to inspire and handle a team effectively.
- Familiarity with loan products such as personal loans, business loans, and credit cards is beneficial.
- Basic skills in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Educational qualification: Graduate or Diploma holder.
