Key Responsibilities

• Direct and inspire a team of sales executives and telecallers.
• Attain both individual and collective sales goals.
• Assess daily team output and offer strategic advice to boost efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries ensuring superior service quality.
• Provide training and continuous support to newcomers.
• Compile and maintain detailed sales reports and daily activity logs.
• Collaborate with banks and internal departments to facilitate seamless loan processing.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or managing teams, preferably within financial services.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to inspire and handle a team effectively.
• Familiarity with loan products such as personal loans, business loans, and credit cards is beneficial.
• Basic skills in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Educational qualification: Graduate or Diploma holder.
