About the Role

This permanent full-time position is with Dara Community Living, a publicly funded organisation serving people with intellectual disabilities. The Team Leader role involves leading and working alongside a staff team in a community residence located in Celbridge, County Kildare. The focus is on supporting individuals to live meaningful, ordinary lives through person-centred care.

Responsibilities

As Team Leader, you will work on a residential roster, managing daily operations and guiding your team to provide effective support tailored to residents' needs. You will ensure high standards of care and uphold the organisation's values in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Applicants should have relevant experience working with individuals who have intellectual disabilities and possess leadership qualities that promote a person-centred approach. The ability to make a positive impact on the lives of those you support is essential.
