Role Overview
The Teaching Professional will be responsible for delivering quality instruction in core subjects such as Phonics, English Reading, Mathematics, and Abacus for primary school students. Duties include planning lessons tailored to age-appropriate learning, conducting interactive class activities, evaluating students' progress, and offering constructive feedback to students and their families. The position also requires teamwork with fellow educators, active participation in training, and fostering a positive and secure learning atmosphere. This full-time position is based onsite in Vijayawada.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong educational background in teaching, particularly experience with primary-aged learners.
- Capability to create engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans and structured learning activities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in mentoring or training students, demonstrating patience and a learner-focused approach.
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with relevant diplomas or certifications in early childhood or primary education considered beneficial.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local Andhra Pradesh languages is advantageous.
- Comfortable utilizing both traditional and activity-based teaching strategies, with a commitment to continuous improvement and receptiveness to feedback.
- Ability to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom setting.
