Teaching Assistant

Role Overview

The Teaching Assistant will support lead instructors in academic delivery and student engagement within coaching programs. This role involves assisting with lessons, managing classroom dynamics, offering personalized student support, and contributing to administrative tasks. The TA works closely with educators to enhance student learning outcomes and maintain an effective educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support instructors by helping conduct lessons, tutorials, and practice sessions while providing academic assistance to students.
• Prepare supplementary educational materials such as worksheets and practice assessments under instructors’ guidance.
• Lead revision activities and offer one-on-one help to reinforce learning concepts.
• Monitor classroom participation and maintain a disciplined, encouraging atmosphere during sessions.
• Track attendance, involvement, and academic performance records systematically.
• Deliver personalized guidance, evaluate student submissions, and give constructive feedback to promote improvement.
• Motivate students and mentor them to maintain focus on their educational aspirations.
• Assist with organizing lesson schedules, grading, and coordinating academic events and assessments.
• Collaborate with instructors to identify struggling students and develop strategies for their improvement.
• Communicate effectively between students and instructors, sharing relevant updates and clarifications.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions and staying current with teaching methodologies and curriculum advancements.
