Tally Operator

Position Overview

Lucky Automobiles in Lucknow is looking for a meticulous Tally Operator to join their accounting team. This role involves managing daily financial recording, ensuring precise bookkeeping using Tally software, and supporting the firm's automobile-related financial operations.

Key Duties

• Enter daily transactions including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and expenses into TallyPrime or Tally ERP 9.
• Prepare GST-compliant invoices related to vehicle sales, servicing, and parts.
• Carry out bank reconciliations regularly and validate ledger accounts.
• Maintain an accurate inventory register for vehicles and spare parts.
• Support the preparation of data necessary for monthly GST and TDS submissions.
• Produce essential financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements and outstanding balances.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree, ideally in Commerce (B.Com).
• Familiarity with Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime and proficient in MS Excel.
• Up to three years of experience in accounting or data entry; experience within the automobile sector is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of local GST regulations, TDS rules, and accounting fundamentals.
• Strong accuracy, numerical aptitude, and punctuality are essential personal qualities.

Additional Information

• Monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, commensurate with experience.
• Work hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM with Sundays off.
• Immediate joining candidates will be given preference.
