About the Role
Join a global leader specializing in assurance, consulting, strategy, transactions, and tax services, committed to strengthening trust and confidence in economies worldwide. This role involves comprehensive support for HR operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle to foster excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts, coordinating onboarding sessions, and managing renewals and transfers.
- Maintain and update core HR records and documentation to ensure precise reporting and data integrity.
- Support payroll and compensation functions by preparing payroll inputs and coordinating the processing of salaries and benefits.
- Administer employee benefits such as medical aid, pension schemes, insurance policies, and wellness initiatives.
- Manage various stages of the employee journey including probation reviews, performance assessments, offboarding, and retirements.
- Coordinate programs that enhance employee engagement including recognition, wellness, and diversity initiatives.
- Handle policy administration and provide employee support services such as processing loans and advances while offering HR policy guidance.
- Ensure the organization complies with all internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk management protocols.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field.

- Strong leadership skills encompassing team, client, and personal management, complemented by presentation and communication abilities.
