Job description

About Chapter 2

Chapter 2 is innovating talent acquisition by blending AI-driven solutions with expert human insight. We empower growing companies to hire more effectively and accelerate their team-building with a forward-thinking approach. Unlike traditional recruitment firms, our Talent Partners fully integrate into client organizations, taking full responsibility for critical hiring needs.

The Role

We are seeking German-speaking Talent Partners to join our expanding team in Germany, supporting a diverse portfolio of high-growth clients. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments such as Go-To-Market, Sales, Technology, Product, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment journey from initial intake to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Develop targeted talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, various sourcing channels, and innovative search tactics.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations, assessing capabilities, motivations, and cultural fit beyond resumes.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience and foster strong candidate relationships throughout recruitment.
  • Provide strategic recruitment partnership to hiring managers by offering market insights and refining hiring briefs.
  • Utilize recruitment data and metrics to analyze funnel effectiveness, highlight challenges, and optimize processes.
  • Apply AI tools and recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivery standards.
  • Represent Chapter 2 and clients within the German talent marketplace.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Between 2 to 5+ years of professional recruitment experience, preferably within agencies, recruitment process outsourcing, embedded roles, or internal recruitment teams.
  • Fluent proficiency in German and strong English communication abilities.
  • Proven experience recruiting in the German market with solid understanding of local talent dynamics.
  • Expertise in sourcing Talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment processes and take ownership of recruitment projects.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and confidence in partnering with hiring managers and executives.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build authentic relationships with candidates.
  • A data-oriented approach to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve results.
  • An enthusiasm for AI technologies and their application in recruitment to boost speed and quality.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities to manage various priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A people-centered approach with genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Why Join Chapter 2?

  • Performance is measured by quality, not volume of CVs sent.
  • Embedded roles that integrate you closely with client teams, understanding their culture and growth challenges.
  • Innovative recruitment practices combining human expertise with AI-driven tools.
  • Collaborative team environment offering coaching, support, and ongoing professional development.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work arrangement based in Berlin.
  • Chance to partner with ambitious, fast-growing companies across Germany and Europe.
  • Ownership over your recruitment roles, client relationships, and hiring outcomes.
  • Exposure to multiple industries and talent verticals.
  • Modern recruitment methods empowered by AI technologies.
  • Allocated resources and time dedicated to learning and self-improvement.
  • A supportive team culture with regular feedback and coaching.
  • Career growth opportunities within a scaling Talent Operations company.
