About the Role
Scott Logic delivers tailored software solutions and expert advice to major UK corporations and government bodies, adopting a practical approach to technology. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Newcastle, operating with a hybrid model combining remote work and office days. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting in the technology sector; consultancy experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycles for a variety of technical and business vacancies, such as software engineering, data, cloud, DevOps, delivery, consulting, and leadership roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to identify present and upcoming hiring demands and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering market insights, salary data, recruitment trends, and recommended hiring practices.
- Actively source and engage top-quality candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral systems, industry events, and talent networks.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate journey by providing prompt communication and feedback throughout recruitment stages.
- Create and maintain talent pools for critical skill areas to facilitate future staffing needs.
- Champion the employer brand and employee value proposition via digital media, networking occasions, and recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership for producing compelling recruitment content and attraction initiatives.
- Use recruitment analytics and data to assess effectiveness, spot trends, and enhance hiring results continually.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated success in recruiting technology, software engineering, digital roles, or consultancy sectors.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with influence across organizational levels.
- Expertise in sourcing specialized and challenging-to-find technical candidates.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing techniques and recruitment technology platforms.
- Strong communication and rapport-building capabilities.
- Analytical mindset using recruitment metrics to guide decisions.
- Awareness of UK employment laws, GDPR compliance, and recruitment best practices.
- Dedication to providing excellent experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike.
