Overview
Are you experienced in in-house recruitment throughout Australia and New Zealand with the expertise to manage end-to-end hiring for a variety of positions? The Thomson Reuters APAC Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Recruiter focused on supporting its ANZ business. This role contributes to the company's transformation across AI-enabled software, content, and news sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative discussions with hiring managers to clarify expectations, deadlines, candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for positions across the ANZ region, employing a diverse range of sourcing methods including direct outreach, job boards, social media, and employee referrals to develop diverse talent pipelines.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews, presenting top candidates to hiring teams, and collaborate with external agencies if necessary.
- Guide hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners through the selection stages, including offer negotiations and closures.
- Provide strategic advice to ANZ stakeholders by sharing market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring insights.
- Support regional and global Talent Acquisition projects such as employer branding, career events, EVP initiatives, and process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with APAC recruiting colleagues, exchanging knowledge and best practice methodologies.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably internal recruitment in a global matrix organization, with significant involvement in the ANZ hiring market.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities allowing for rapid trust-building with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Strong consultative and negotiation skills to effectively manage offers and competing priorities.
- Technologically adept with the ability to learn and adapt to HR information systems or applicant tracking platforms swiftly; experience with Workday is advantageous.
- Capability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure across multiple concurrent recruitment efforts.
- Team-oriented attitude with interest in collaborating within a regional and global Talent Acquisition environment.
- Excellent communication in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional APAC languages is beneficial.
