Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global talent division based in London. This role requires managing the complete recruitment process across multiple departments within the EMEA and US regions. As a pivotal collaborator with hiring managers, you will support organizational growth by sourcing and securing exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment from understanding job requisitions through candidate selection, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce requirements and craft precise job descriptions.
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to find quality candidates across diverse markets in EMEA and the US.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with company culture and role demands.
  • Deliver an exemplary experience to candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
  • Establish and nurture strong talent pools for both immediate hires and future organizational needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and generate reports using the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide data-driven insights on talent availability, salary trends, competitive landscape, and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with the global human resources team to ensure consistent talent acquisition practices across all regions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of four years’ experience handling end-to-end recruitment, preferably within international or matrixed business environments.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment methods and labor markets specific to EMEA countries.
  • Proficient in candidate sourcing techniques, with experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Able to juggle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, ideally Recruit or Comeet, is advantageous.
