Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate alongside fellow Technicians under the supervision of Team Leaders and Area Supervisors.
  • Perform meticulous tablet inspection and manage associated tablet/product materials adhering to GXP, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Handle packaging and inspect customer products, Clinical Trial Materials, and related components.
  • Support the operation of production line equipment such as Manufacturing and Labelling machines, Cartoners, and Printers used in packaging processes.
  • Execute routine transactions in ERP/MES systems.
  • Complete daily tasks aligned with departmental objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with material handling, line feeding, and cleaning operations.
  • Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
  • Adhere to all safety protocols individually and within the work area.
  • Identify and promptly report deviations from standard or accepted practices.
  • Document and report any variances from procedural standards.
  • Offer additional support duties as required, including manual operations such as dispensing, inspection, recording, and cleaning within manufacturing and warehouse settings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Hold a minimum Level 7 qualification in a related discipline or possess equivalent GMP-related experience.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with effective interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient with PC use and file navigation.
  • Demonstrate an ability to follow instructions and work autonomously when needed.
  • Maintain keen attention to detail in daily activities.
  • Display a proactive and positive attitude toward customer service and performance goals.
  • Function effectively as part of a team environment.
