Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Engineer 2 to deliver technical assistance across infrastructure, software applications, and end-user environments at our Gurugram location.
Primary Responsibilities
- Offer technical support encompassing infrastructure elements, application software, and user systems.
- Identify and resolve complex issues related to hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Handle and track incident tickets using the ServiceNow platform.
Candidate Requirements
- Sound understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems along with Active Directory management.
- Experienced in using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, particularly ServiceNow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
