Key Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies, equipment, and parcels to designated customers, ensuring accurate delivery location details.
• Manage supply replenishment tasks including organizing, counting, selecting, and stocking materials for different departmental areas.
• Inspect incoming deliveries, verify contents against packing slips, and identify correct recipient locations.
• Complete receiving processes accurately using computerized systems, scanning packing slips promptly as per guidelines.
• Handle products requiring special care such as refrigerated or sensitive items to maintain safety standards.
• Ensure timely receipt and delivery of overnight packages to fulfill customer needs efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the assigned workspace.
• Attach property record tags to capital equipment upon arrival and communicate relevant information to purchasing.
• Address discrepancies between invoices and receipts related to purchase orders and resolve delivery errors with suppliers.
• Prepare goods for returns and coordinate pickup logistics.

Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrates critical thinking and strong analytical abilities.
• Possesses fundamental mathematics skills and solid attention to detail.
• Communicates clearly in English with team members and delivery personnel.
• Proficient with computers, including keypad and keyboard operation.
• Capable of accurate identification, sorting, and counting of materials.
• Familiar with shipping and billing protocols.
• Effectively prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in processing large shipments methodically.
• Preferred: Proficiency with ERP systems and understanding of receiving and materials management processes.
• Preferred: Ability to operate material handling machinery.

Education and Experience

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience includes 2+ years working with ERP systems.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $16.85 to $26.95.

Work Schedule and Location
