Supply Chain Planning Associate

Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Planning Associate, you will oversee various facets of supply chain management including planning, supply coordination, replenishment, material oversight, inventory control, and distribution management. The position requires working closely with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards, to track and resolve discrepancies and exceptions in supply and demand data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate supply chain planning functions encompassing supply, replenishment, inventory, materials, and distribution operations.
• Conduct thorough supply and demand analysis to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely procurement.
• Identify and resolve exceptions arising in the ERP system related to procurement and supply chain activities.
• Track and address overdue purchase orders to maintain supply chain flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to synchronize supply chain processes.
• Prepare and present detailed reports leveraging JD Edwards data alongside Excel and Power BI tools for data visualization and decision support.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Proven experience with supply chain management planning focusing on supply, replenishment, materials handling, and inventory distribution.
• Strong proficiency with JD Edwards ERP system for supply chain management tasks.
• Excellent command over Excel for data analysis and Power BI for generating meaningful reports.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and teams for seamless operations.
• Sound understanding of supply-demand analysis and reporting.

Work Location: Pune, India

Eligibility: Candidates holding any graduate degree are eligible to apply.

Salary Range: Annual remuneration between 600,000 to 700,000 INR.
