Role Overview
We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team based at our head office in Sitecast, Cork. This role involves managing supplier relationships, coordinating purchases, overseeing inbound logistics, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain seamless operations and elevate customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, this is an excellent chance for an organized and proactive professional to contribute significantly to our logistics and supply functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods.
- Coordinate purchasing operations and procurement activities.
- Supervise inbound logistics workflow to maintain smooth and efficient goods handling.
- Support cross-functional departments in achieving operational excellence.
Candidate Profile and Skills
The ideal applicant should possess:
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Sharp attention to detail alongside analytical thinking skills.
- A proactive mindset geared to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with ERP software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
Additional desirable but non-essential qualifications include a valid driving license, experience with Microsoft Navision 365 Business Central, and knowledge of EUDR regulations.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a salary range of €34,000 to €37,500 annually along with a benefits package.
