Supply Chain Assistant

About the Role

New Health is seeking a dependable and detail-focused Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at the Rosedale location in Auckland. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for someone organised, precise, and eager to develop a career in supply chain and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage processing of e-commerce and channel orders, including picking, packing, and preparing items for dispatch.
• Keep accurate records of inbound, outbound, and inventory movements using our ERP system.
• Support stocktaking activities and ensure physical inventory aligns with system data.
• Coordinate daily logistics tasks and monitor delivery follow-ups.
• Assist with managing product batches, expiry dates, and inventory turnover.
• Help resolve issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, and logistics challenges.
• Provide growing support in inventory planning, channel order management, and broader supply chain operations.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates reliability, responsibility, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Operates efficiently and accurately in a hands-on work environment.
• Has experience in supply chain functions such as logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or order fulfillment.
• Familiar with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Possesses valid working rights for New Zealand and is available for full-time employment.
• Prior experience is welcomed but not mandatory; motivated candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
