Responsibilities
The Supervisor will embody the company’s core values:
- Lead and manage a small in-store team within one of the departments.
- Act as a role model by delivering an exceptional customer experience and training team members to maintain consistently high standards.
- Create a motivating and engaging environment for colleagues.
- Provide immediate feedback and recognize successes within the team.
- Support flawless store visual presentation by adhering to the Sports Direct brand’s merchandising standards.
- Drive sales and operational excellence by exceeding targets and maximizing store performance.
- Guide the team in following best practices to fulfill commercial goals and enhance brand knowledge.
Candidate Profile
- Previous supervisory experience in retail.
- Strong passion for retail and team management.
- Confident leadership skills capable of motivating and challenging staff.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- High ambition and motivation to excel.
- Champion the Sports Direct values and culture both internally and externally.
