Student Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Student Supervisor to assist in fostering students' academic success, social development, and emotional welfare, while promoting a constructive and supportive atmosphere throughout the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage student behavior and well-being within classrooms and communal areas
• Assist educators in managing classrooms and facilitating student learning
• Oversee students during recess, lunch breaks, extracurricular activities, and school events
• Deliver targeted academic support to small groups or individual students as directed
• Collaborate with school staff to encourage and uphold a positive school environment

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Experience engaging with children or youth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Calm and positive behavior management skills
• Dedication to student welfare and safeguarding principles
• Ability to work cohesively within a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an educational or school-based environment
• Relevant certifications or training in education, childcare, or youth-related fields
