Student Counsellor

Role Overview

We are looking for a Student Counsellor to manage inquiries from students and parents regarding educational programs. The counsellor will engage in admission calls, follow up on potential student leads, and provide foundational counseling support.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing both incoming and outgoing calls related to admissions
• Clearly communicating course details, eligibility criteria, and fee structures
• Following up consistently with prospective students and accurately updating CRM or data sheets
• Collaborating effectively with the admissions team to streamline processes
• Assisting in obtaining permissions for orientation sessions, workshops, and career fairs as part of marketing efforts

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and CRM platforms
• Prior experience in education or educational technology telecalling is advantageous
• Fresh graduates with effective communication skills are encouraged to apply

Languages

Fluency in both English and Tamil is required.
