Role Description

We are seeking a Structural Technician with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience and proficient expertise in Revit to join our Auckland office. This role involves collaborating closely with structural engineers to produce detailed structural drawings and documentation, supporting projects from initial concept through to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive structural drawings and documentation utilizing Revit software.
• Develop precise three-dimensional models and ensure thorough coordination of project documents.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated design solutions.
• Support BIM coordination efforts by contributing to the development of BIM standards, families, and libraries.
• Ensure all documentation is delivered punctually, accurately, and meets professional standards.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and project teams as needed to facilitate project progression.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of experience working as a Structural Technician within an engineering consultancy or related sector.
• Demonstrated strong skills in Revit and experience producing structural documentation.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows.
• Relevant qualification in engineering drafting or a similar discipline.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to producing high-quality outcomes.
