Key Responsibilities and Leadership
You will be responsible for leading and mentoring your team, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining operational excellence. This position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities delivered with professional maturity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years experience in retail or customer service management, or alternatively, four or more years of U.S. Military service.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Experience thriving in a sales-driven environment.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time, often exceeding 40 hours weekly, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
