Key Responsibilities

• Leading your store team with support from the assistant store manager.
• Overseeing store appearance, managing ordering processes, applying presentation guidelines, and handling daily operational tasks.
• Managing personnel responsibilities including creating work schedules and encouraging employee development.
• Recruiting to build and strengthen your store team.
• Coordinating with regional management to discuss results and development plans for the store.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completed professional training, ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with high accountability and responsibility.
• Strong communication skills to motivate your team and foster growth through constructive feedback.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, working 5 days including regular weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training program at one of the company's trainer stores across Germany.
