About the Role
Join one of the fastest growing retail companies in Europe as a Store Manager, where dynamic and varied tasks await you. You will be part of an energetic team helping to manage a store featuring 150 new products weekly and numerous career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading your store team with support from the assistant store manager.
- Overseeing store appearance, managing ordering processes, applying presentation guidelines, and handling daily operational tasks.
- Managing personnel responsibilities including creating work schedules and encouraging employee development.
- Recruiting to build and strengthen your store team.
- Coordinating with regional management to discuss results and development plans for the store.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completed professional training, ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership role.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with high accountability and responsibility.
- Strong communication skills to motivate your team and foster growth through constructive feedback.
- Availability for 40 hours per week, working 5 days including regular weekends and evenings.
- Willingness to participate in an eight-week training program at one of the company's trainer stores across Germany.
