About The Role

Join our team as a Store Manager for an Asda Express store located at 5255 Marcham Road PFS. In this full-time, permanent position, you will lead a small team to increase sales, set high standards, and meet key result areas (KRAs). You will play a pivotal role in motivating staff, sustaining high morale, and operating a store environment that encourages repeat customer visits. Responsibilities include supporting pricing strategies and maintaining cost efficiency. This position offers opportunities for further growth in the retail sector. The role requires working on a rotational schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights, with 45 hours per week on dayshift.
