Store Manager

Overview

iStore, Africa's premier Apple Premium Reseller, seeks a motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations at the Nairobi location. This role involves leading a team to deliver excellent customer experiences while ensuring the store's performance aligns with Apple's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture the store team to maximize their potential and performance.
• Achieve and surpass sales, financial, and development objectives consistently.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Apple products to position the store as a Mac-centric destination for customers.
• Oversee all in-store functions, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Coordinate effectively with regional and headquarters teams to align strategies.
• Analyze sales data, customer trends, and store metrics to inform decision-making.
• Ensure brand integrity through superior visual merchandising and representation.
• Drive operational efficiency and seek ongoing improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• A Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) is mandatory; tertiary education is preferred.
• At least five years of leadership experience managing sizable teams in a fast-paced, complex retail setting.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining strategic focus.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong competence in operations management and data-driven reporting.
