Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer-centric atmosphere that ensures an exceptional shopping experience each time.
• Lead and develop team members through continuous training and mentorship to foster engagement and collaboration.
• Collaborate with state leadership to ensure the store operates profitably and effectively.
• Encourage staff to meet or surpass sales goals and other critical business performance measures.
• Oversee operational tasks including scheduling staff and managing back-office administration.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years' experience managing fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail stores.
• Proven ability to supervise medium to large teams in dynamic retail environments.
• Strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team toward success.
• Commercially savvy with a record of surpassing sales, wage, and shrinkage targets within budgetary guidelines.
• Keen attention to detail with enthusiasm for styling and visual merchandising.
• Familiar with managing extensive inventories and stock control.
• Genuine alignment with Seed Heritage's values and desire to contribute meaningfully to the brand.
• Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to nurture enduring customer relations.
